What is false alignment costing your company?

Misalignment rarely appears as one line item. It compounds through slow or poor decisions, unnecessary meetings, duplicated work, and extra management overhead. Move the sliders to estimate the annual value your company may be losing.

FAQ

What is an Active Participant?

An Active Participant is someone who joins Decided’s recurring private 1:1 AI voice check-ins. Active Participant capacity determines the annual package.

Who can view Decided without counting toward capacity?

Non-participant admins and approved viewers do not count toward Active Participant capacity. Their access still follows the visibility rules agreed before rollout.

What is included in the free pilot?

The pilot covers one live operating question, up to 25 active participants, recurring private check-ins, weekly leadership briefs, and a final rollout readout over 6–8 weeks.

Does the pilot require an annual contract?

No annual plan is required for the pilot. Pilot scope, eligibility, participant expectations, visibility, and data handling are agreed before the first check-in.

What happens when the pilot ends?

Leadership reviews what the pilot surfaced and decides whether to stop, adjust the participant group, or move into an annual package.

How do we choose an annual package?

Choose by the number of people who will actively join the recurring check-in loop, not by total employee count alone.

Can we pay monthly?

The listed Core, Scale, and Enterprise options are annual plans. Package scope and billing terms are confirmed before signing.

Does leadership receive raw conversations?

Leadership works from synthesized patterns and routed context, not unrestricted raw transcript access. Visibility rules are set before rollout.

What should participants know before the first check-in?

Participants should know why the check-ins happen, what is captured, who can see each output, and how the information will be used.

How are security and data-handling questions handled?

We review the current controls, access model, retention needs, and rollout requirements directly with your security and legal stakeholders before kickoff.
